With every new New Year come New Year Resolutions. I thought I would do something different for myself this year; instead of one goal for the whole year I thought I would set a different goal/challenge for each month of the year. This will keep things interesting and pose as a challenge for each month in different areas of my life as opposed to having one thing that I am working towards for a long time.

June: Meditation

July: Vegan

August: Picture a Day

September: No Sugar

October: Drink 64oz of Water

November: Read everyday

December: Burpees
